Add some kinda toggle for dual firing guns

You're gripping the other gun, and harm already has interaction with targeting people on the floor. Plus, you're probably less likely to accidentally leave your intent on grab compared to other intents

That's what I thought, we should also make more weapons compatible with dual wielding, anything that can fire should be able to dual fire

it can't be Grab intent because then you can't double-gunpoint someone, but it's probably fine for either Help or Disarm (or both)
