Critical Cargo can be ejected from pods regardless of pod lock

Click dragging a pod while standing next to it will let you eject the contents, regardless of whether it has a lock or not. This includes everything that can fit in a pod's cargo slot. Oh shit.

we should make sure to also prevent people from removing pod modules (engine, weapon system, comms, etc.) if the pod is locked.

Furthermore, pod stuff can be remotely ejected if you yourself are in a pod or other vehicle.
