i feel like you should be able to sew a mask into your face, honestly for a variety of reasons. if you're an antag and don't want your identity revealed as soon as you're caught by the cops, you have a little extra time before your face is truly known for the horrible things you've done. as a punishment it could also be used, ie if someone is being an extreme nerd you could sew a clown mask into their face and have them walk around looking like a dunce. or, if you're really cautious and don't want to be spaced and the antag can't find your internals, you have a secure breath/gas mask to breathe through.
probably the way this would be done is scalpel -> harm intent with a suture, needing the mask to be worn of course

i will only support this if the same patch allows turning people's face into masks so we can sew faces onto other faces

We can already staple butts to heads. In lieu of removal equipment, they could just rip it off on a timer for some brute and blood. I'm only a bit iffy about stapling breathmasks, as I just know there'll be a dozen people doing that every round.
