Minor AI observer ghosts can still teleport through portals

See title. Incidentally, 'portals' also includes pod wormholes. This gives you a chance to gib upon entering said pod wormholes, turning you into a nameless observer ghost with no way to get back into the AI.

As a side note, why isn't there an AI observer bug megathread? I made one but it was wordlessly deleted.

Fixed the portal-ing. Turns out there's two seperate definitions of Portal and I only changed one of them last time.

Also your thread is not gone, I merged it into another one.

Yeah, I don't have the necessary permissions to see the 'other one', so that might be kind of a limiting issue there!
