Revamp the post-sol disaster round

it's not too difficult if you know what you're doing. i can do half the sol shit alone and i've never done a sol run, or even attempted the shit i don't know. i wouldn't call the way I do it speed running though

I still think they should either bring back Axe Murderer or Welder. A good mass murder villain who's creepy but also basically every horror villain.

OFC Welder is probably too much of a reference to a different game.

I like the idea that the too spoopy void is hiding some greater villain like S M I L I N G M A N or the King in yellow. A legit threat for the disaster round that can pop up and make things worse, or at least carve smiles into corpses.

I have seen the welder pop up during adminbus events or during the Halloween season. Having him make an appearance during disaster rounds wouldn't be too much of a stretch.
