if you transfer a brain into shitty bill's body, with under 150 burn+brute, and then SR him, the person will be able to control bill like a normal person but the NPC random movement still happens and shitty bill's quotes still get said. is this a feature or a bug? i'm pretty sure shitty bill doesen't have a secondary brain instead of a heart or something.

it's 100% a feature, i once got bodyswapped with shitty bill via the brain machine from the void and i had the movement and stuff. it's probably (in the LORE!) a genetic thing. he has the movement gene and the outburst one but he's an idiot so his outbursts are philosophy
