Agreed, it should have a small warm up/whatever thing "Ms. Licorice prepares to hose down Retard McScientist with the fire extinguisher" and then spray them down. Only 2/3 seconds should be necessary seeing as you don't want to wait that long if someone is completely engulfed in flames.

I can understand the want for it. Can't count the number of times I KO'd a dude accidentally when I went to shake him. At the very least we could throw in a humorous emote about tapping them on the head, and calling the user a moronic cunt for running around with it.
