Make stuns/lying down no longer drop weapons

Thats honestly the worst variant. Antags will drop their weapons left, right and center while sec gains disarm-immunity against instant stuns, chairslams and slips.

That's a buff i don't think stam weapons need.

I think making you hold your weapon, but not be able to use it might be one on the better options to avoid slide combat. Otherwise sliding will just become the go too for gunfights because of the evasion chance. I think watching a syndicate operative slide face first on the floor firing out shotgun blasts will be funny for only a couple times before it becomes meta. If you still hold onto them then it just becomes "When do they stand up?" and if you start disarming them, or beating them when you have a chance and they're on the floor that might still win combat against a more scary opponent without the extreme swing of "Welp they slipped on oil. Yoink I win"

Absolutely worth a test run if it's not too much trouble to code.
