When juggling multiple items, clicking on someone with an empty hand should have a chance (increasing with the number of items being juggled) of randomly using one of the items on them. This should bypass clownfumble, not for balance reasons but because performing surgery with juggled chainsaws and meatcleavers is very, very funny.

this has existed as part of the bartender's starting kit since towels and kerchiefs were added but so many of them just throw it awayyyyyyyy
