A weapon that has a mixture of water and something that will also clog the drains when fired that will flood the station it will be a traitor weapon due to the fact of slippery floors is not something an non-antag should be doing unless its someone using the annoying buffer which ends up getting spaced anyone can add onto this idea even admins can adjust it to fit the server in which way they see fit
