Minor Alt-click to examine does not work well for Cyborgs

Using the Alt-Left Click Examine shortcut does not work if the cyborg does not have an active slot selected.
Equipping something and selecting the slot will only allow you to Alt+Left Click Examine anything one tile away from you.

The current workaround for this is by using Ctrl+Alt+Left Mouse click - Ctrl+Alt+Left Mouse click lets you examine anything, but instead of examining the doors they open.
Or by Right clicking on the item that you want to inspect.
