Mentor Application: Flourish

I have some problems with Flourish but there's mostly all caused by me being terrible so I say yes to the purple.

Can you elaborate on what the problems are? I'd like to know so that I can hopefully change, or at least understand and be more aware of what I do. There's also the aspect of having "problems" in the first place... If they're just that, without any other information, they could be of any sort and severity, and that's kinda concerning.
