Why the hell does a bell need wires. Jeeze you are all weirdos.

Make a bunch of bells (with different sounds), that produce sound when clicked, but only alert the wanted person once every 2 minutes. Also, give mechanics a bell component that can be configured.

The wire is obviously connected to the signaler system that sends the PDA message to the selected head. DUH
