Blood doesn't come off of your Character's Hands

Im not sure if this is a feature or a bug exacly, But for awhile now I've noticed that when you get Blood on your gloves/hands and then wash said gloves/hands It doesn't remove the red color from your Character's hands.
It would be pretty hard to get away with Murder if a Non-Drunk and active Detective/Sec Officer saw you walking around with blood on you and find it suspicious even though you already cleaned yourself up.
Then they'd catch you "Red" Handed hehe.
