But to me it looks like a health analyzer, a remote signaler, and a borg head with exposed brain in a wired up toolbox.

I could swear SpyGuy said it was a new attachment for canister bombs, which allows the brain to blow it up. That recipe is fairly close as well, missing a few things though.
