Give dismembered arms a chance to hold onto stuff!

This way if your limb gets ripped off and you have a shotgun in hand, your arm could spazz out and randomly fire somewhere while flying off, or if you have a pickaxe, it could go and swing into somebody's face! I'm not saying that all dismembered limbs should hold onto stuff, 25-50 percent of the time would be fairly hilarious though.

What would make this even better is if arms holding onto saws/similar motorized weapons could wheel around on the floor, cavorting anything they bumped into! Then we could faithfully recreate this video in-game:
