I'll admit I was being rude, it annoys me when people go into mentorhelp or irc when they don't get an immediate response to adminhelps. There's nothing wrong with reporting situations or even disagreeing with our judgement but we're just volunteers. I don't work in customer service for a good reason. (the reason is I'm kinda a dick)
