Also, while scrolling through the wiki, I noticed Shackles, by combining orange shoes with cuffs, forcing the player to walk.
Has anyone found any legitimate excuse for using them? Can they be taken of like normal shoes or would you have to resist like cuffs?

I have used shackles before, although not since prison uniforms got removed from the brig since the only other orange shoes(I think) are the ones the Miners have and fuck me if I'm going all the way over there to ask for them. You can take them off normally, but obviously not if you're wearing cuffs. They were actually really nice for transporting the kinds of people who are just waiting for some assistant to bump into you so they can make their daring escape, because when they take off at walking speed they usually don't get far.
