Seeing Norah on sec as a fellow security member or as an antagonist is usually a sign for an interesting round. She is very competent when it comes security matters, not too serious, and from my experience from being against her as an antagonist, she’s very fair punishment-wise. She’s more than capable of being a good HoS. +1
