Make midrolls spawn locations better

Quite often midrolls in classic will spawn in ridiculous locations, like emagged bots spawning inside security storage, or spiders spawning inside the kitchen, with no way out if nobody lets you out. Personally I find it really annoying, since you might be stuck there for god knows how long, fire elemental can atleast fireball walls to get themselves out of sticky spawns, but cleanbots, spiders, gunbots will generally find themselves stuck until someone decides to be merciful and let them out.

My suggestion is midrolls only spawning in locations they can get in and out off, like maints or general public locations.
