There is no requirement or expectation on admins not to gib you to make a point. If you are fooling around while an admin is trying to deal with something in character you should not be surprised for it to happen to you. Similarly there is no requirement for warnings.
Grifflez did not "overstep their boundaries" telling you not to seal off a department. Administrators are well within their rights to dictate what players should and should not be doing in a round, it is the very essence of the role to make judgement calls on player behavior. You may not find a specific rule but in SS13 if we try to write down what you shouldn't do it would be thousands of entries long and no-one would remember and a lot of things are situational.
At the end of the day this was a simple gibbing for interfering with an admin asking a department not to block themselves off for a round, an action that usually results in self antagging.
