Make cloning resist rad storms

You can use the suicide verb to hop out of the cloner early with whatever hp you currently have. Use that to hop out and get to safety if you're worried

I agree on this. But.. can we remove rad storms going off when a shuttle is about to arrive.

It's especially annoying when an Emag traitor rushes in and sets the shuttle off, leaving everyone exposed to rads.
I am also talking on RP here.

And on some stations stuffing maintance near escape is... well.. hard.. or far away.
I am glad the shuttle is rad resist though, but when the two line up in those rare moments... it causes frustrations.
