About the PR
This PR reduces the rattlesnake's life to 20, as it was way too tanky with it's previous health, and makes the bite cooldown bigger.
Why's this needed?
Snakes seem to be very lethal at the moment, to make sure the changes aren't too harsh/lenient i've tagged it as input wanted as well to hear people's thoughts on it.
