I believe Selena is one of the person I know can get the job done no matter what, even under pressure. As such I've never seen any overly agressive behavior from them.
I think they have enough experience with sec to know how things should properly play out, and orient the sec team in that direction. I admit I've seen you more as detective than security officer overall, but you're one of the few detectives I know that can communicate more often and more efficiently than most other officers.
Maybe you could try playing more as a sec officer while your application is up?
