Added expansion of Phrase Templates with AI modules!
Only one expansion module can be active at any given time, but is intended to be easy add more in the future.





Utilizes maptext on an object. Transformations on the object itself then translate to the maptext as applicable (color, pixel shift, alpha). This would allow for easy expansion to allow AI's to be able to use different fonts or emphasis.

Impact:
- Forces all maptext anchor's highlight text to white.

Thanks to zjdtmkhzt, MatheusIsNotAvailable, and Noodle for providing a better idea but I implemented the one I could wrap my head around.

Why's this needed?
Provides additional ability for proximal information from AI. Utilizes existing hologram resources and follows existing UX methodology of existing holograms.
