Rename Glitter (not Harmful) to Sparkles

A very minor thing really, but it would be nice to know the difference between the harmful and non-harmful variant of glitter if you find it in an art beaker or such.  Myself and a few others like "colorful reagent w/ extra decorative chem" bombing the shuttle/bar/etc. and it would be handy to safely use what you find instead of having to toss it out so you don't accidentally kill someone in crit.  If anything else, it and water/holy water are the only two that share a chem name.
