[Suggestion] Botany EXP ONLY really supports weedmaking.

You have a 20% chance to gain 2 exp when rolling a herb into paper.
You have a 20% chance to gain 3 exp when rolling a herb into blunt wraps.
You have a 10% chance to gain 1 exp when harvesting a bumper crop.
you have a 10% chance to gain 1 exp when harvesting a good harvest crop.

This is what botanists earn EXP from doing... Not weird so many only plant weed,
and that only a few people make amalgamation splices.
Like making a plant which is spliced with 12 other toxic or poisonous plants,
or immortal goldfishplants, or CLF3 Napalm seethers, (but in all honesty maybe its good that not so many make the last one)

ANYWAYS!
50% of these EXP gaining mechanics has to do with weed/herb-cigarette making.

And the other 50% are so low in chance and points they hardly ammount to anything.


I know extremely well that EXP is kind of a joke in of itself, but if people get rewarded for doing stupid stuff,
which in most cases could be harmfull to the station, I feel like thats maybe not a good system. 

I would rather prefer or suggest that botanists could get Exp based on how many resources they make in the big picture,
how much of it gets eaten by the crew, how many has it healed, Splicing, or even based on how many bees they have raised.

I want that the Botanist exp system changes.
And I also want to hear what other people have to say or think about this matter!
