[Feature]: Reworks the red chainsaw to focus on removing organs

This change makes the red chainsaw remove an organ on each hit, going from appendix -> left kidney -> left lung -> right kidney -> right lung -> liver -> heart -> spleen -> pancreas. After that, if the target has none of those limbs and is under -500 health, it gibs them. (It no longer just gibs corpses) Reduces the damage the chainsaw does per hit(50->20), but increases the stamina damage it does. (It stuns in two hits if the target isn't wearing armor, and three if they are.)

I chose to make it remove the heart on the seventh hit, the katana kills in five and totally disarms people in two, but this is much easier to hit repeatedly because you don't have to aim at limbs. It's also a TOOL_CHOPPING, which in this case means that it breaks doors in 12 hits. Also also it makes a new grody slightly editied version of a sound that was in the code but unused.

Hopefully this should make it more fun and unique to use, and make it scarier to see. The damage is lower, but it's much bloodier and makes more of a mess everywhere. It kills about as quickly as it did before, but more violently, which I think fits the tone. Hopefully a bit cooler than it currently is anyways?  space bear
