Constructible/deconstructible doors
#1
1) give HoP and CE a probe tool that can change the access requirements of a depowered door

2) doors with no access requirements can be deconstructed

3) constructed doors start with no access requirements

constructing them should require substantial metal, rmetal, and cable. they should also require a id scanner computer component.

thinking like

1) build door frame parts with rmetal
2) wrench to assemble the frame
3) welder the frame in place
4) add cable
5) add id scanner module
6) finish with metal, rmetal, glass, or rglass, which each give different appearance options (bridge doors require rmetal, for example)
7) go into the panel, wrench it to reveal the access panel, use the probe to set access

deconstruction:

1) open panel and depower+unbolt door
2) wrench while panel open to expose access panel
3) use probe to delete all access levels
4) weld the door to remove the outer layer
5) crowbar out the id scanner
6) wirecutter the cables
7) unweld the frame
8) wrench to reduce to parts
