Make chem dispensers output to your hand

Borgs already can! You need to open the chem dispenser with an empty hand, click the `beaker` slot with beaker in hand, and then before leaving the dispenser, eject the beaker and store it again before moving away (or you lose it forever)

That... sounds more like a bug than intended behavior. though being able to do that without the risk of losing a beaker permanently would be nice!
