Light switches and APCs should be visible in the dark

Light switches should be visible in the dark, regardless of if they're on or off. They clearly have little red/green lights on them! Though obviously those wouldn't work when the power's out.


APCs should at least have a faint glow and the status indicators should be visible. It's often nigh-impossible to find them in the dark, and it would help for locating them when the power's out and needs fixed.
