Minor 'No oxygen' display appears when you have oxygen.

This has been really weird lately.  I once went into space and forgot to turn on my emergency oxygen.  I was in red before it updated properly.

I think this should be changed to major mainly for that reason.

I think this may have been fixed. MBC put caps on how much air you could or couldn’t breathe to compensate for making it real time instead of byond time (or something along those lines)
