When you get 800 blood and unlock the enthrall option, you cannot enthrall the AI without it's help. You get the message stating that the target is braindead, even when the AI is certainly alive and active. The only way to make the enthralling work is to ask the AI to return to it's mainframe.
Replication steps:
1. Get 800 blood as a vampire.
2. Try to use Enthrall on the AI, observe a saddening braindead message.
3. Ask the AI to exit ghost camera view and return to it's mainframe.
4. Successfully Enthrall the AI.
