Minor Juice-O-Matic does not actually juice.

When you use the Juice-O-Matic on something that can be processed into a chemical reagent (say, an apple), no juice is actually created. The sound clip plays, and a message displays, but the message says no reagents were created, and no reagents are actually added to the Juicer when scanned. Other means of reagent extract still work, and that's why it's marked as Minor.

How to replicate:

1. Get a Juice-O-Matic 3000, obviously. Pretty only Cog2 has these I think.
   
2. Find a food item that can be processed into some sort of reagent via the reagent extractor (in my case an apple, though a potato caused a similar issue). 
   
3. Hit the item with the Juice-O-Matic 3000
   
4. Be confused because no reagents were really created.
