Issue: You can only mess with the turret control panel while stationed within your mainframe.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Be AI
2. Move around in floaty eyeball form.
3. Click on the turret control panel.
4. Be disappointed.
5. Return to your mainframe.
6. Click on the panel again.
7. It works.
