That birthday idea is pretty neat. The only concern I have at the moment is that there's currently (as far as I'm aware) no infrastructure behind the scenes linking byond ckeys to donations, otherwise I might take a crack at it (hah) myself to add fun gimmick things that reward donators without leaving everyone else in the cold.
It did occur to me that perhaps donations could be linked to contributor status. It's still sort of a contribution to the servers, after all, just money instead of time and effort.
EDIT: On further reflection I think the birthday thing should be "you can have a party on one round of your choice" rather than have every single round for a day be set up for someone's birthday party. It'd get old very very fast.
