Add Sounds to Announcements

I think the half life 1 announcer sound would be cool!

So something like this?



(Some of the beeps and boops and birdwells sound familiar. Is this where we get some of the VOX sounds?)

This actually used to be the old vox voice until Naba made a new one. Some of the sounds from it are still left over i'm guessing.
