Unable to examine people when observing as a ghost.

This has existed for a while. When you're observing someone the ghost version of you stays where you were when you started observing, so the game thinks you're too far away to examine someone.
I've never seen this as a problem as you can just stop observing and fly your ghost over to them if you really want to examine them.
