Minor Traitor objectives: "Destroy cryo pods" and "destroy arc smelters" always successful.

I had a traitor round on Destiny earlier today where I had objectives to destroy all cryo pods and all arc smelters. At the end of the round, though I had not touched the smelter and both pods were confirmed working by someone else, they were both still successful. Besides that, it probably needs changing to "destroy all nano-crucibles".

To replicate (though I doubt I need to say):

1. Get a traitor with the objectives.
   
2. End the round with their objectives intact.
   
3. Watch them win.
