I agree with both points. The wraith is automatically spooky, 'be spooky' should not cost wraithbux and more options makes it all the more entertaining.

Hell, this means you could get a wraith who's just annoying instead of deadly, shitting up the floors and flicking the lights on and off until the irritated crew attempt to expunge it and it fights back, turning into a timed-release antag.
