Captain, HoS, HoP, RD, MDir, CE, Secoff, Robutticist, Mechanic, Staff Assistant - Not counting special jobs. I imagine nothing has changed there.
I always think of it as primarily a place for staff assistants to fuck around with dwaine. The addition of the cargo cart in there is probably just to give SAs something to annoy the crew with. It, or the one by the bridge, being moved to QM wouldn't cause me problems.
