I would also like to mention that people have been banned in the past because of this specific word and that specific rule.

You have to understand that that word isn't used in that context. It's more akin to calling someone a cunt or an asshole. That's an insult but it's not sexual or bigot-esque. It's common on other servers like tg, paradise, and colonial marines.
