Mulebot destinations pick from list rather than manual entry

Problem:

Currently trying to set a destination for the mulebot requires you to actually know the correct name of the destination and type it in manually.

For QMs they can just use the PDA app which does give them a list of valid destinations.

The change: 

Change the the mulebot menu so that clicking Set Destination pops up with a list of valid destinations instead of just a text field

If we're going to have to use these things I'd rather that they be user friendly
