[FEATURE/BUGFIX] Meat Cube Tweaks and Friends

Description
This patch fixes previous issues with meat cubes slipping on puddles and then never being able to get up to their incredibly limited mischief again, and does some refactoring to make adding new types of cube less clunky.

This patch also adds metal cubes as a borg-equivalent to the meatcube.

Additionally, the admin player panel is expanded to include the ability to turn someone into a cube without needing to memorise proc paths.

Integration Notes/Warnings
  • All instances of /mob/living/carbon/wall/meatcube should be replaced with /mob/living/carbon/cube/meat
  • All instances of /mob/living/carbon/wall/meatcube/krampus should be replaced with /mob/living/carbon/cube/meat/krampus
  • All instances of make_meatcube(time) should be changed to make_cube(/mob/living/carbon/cube/meat, time)
  • cubeize() should still be fine
