Give Anaerobic Metabolism to Martian Diplomats

Yeah this is a huge drawback about being a Martian diplomat. The other thing is no shoes, which means broken glass knocks you down, which makes no sense as Martians float or something. Can they get some approximation of shoes as well to stop that?

they don't float, they're based on the Metal Slug martians. those tentacles are their legs.
