This has quickly spiraled out of control from "add this one sound effect for a scream" into "add all these for these circumstances"

So I'm throwing my suggestion in: Add the meaty 'THWACK' crowbar hit sound from HL1 to the ingame crowbar, triggered whenever you smack someone in the face with one.
