Which is the bigger concern: the lack of scenarios, or bad ones? To me it's all down to how you'd choose the DMs.

I'd say, create a thread dedicated to approved dungeon masters to talk and plan among themselves. They could come up with campaigns and schedule times for running them, and who could take over if needed.


As an aside, the calendar on these forums really should get more usage for these kinds of plans
