Yeah, right now all you ever see Medical Doctors doing is standing around bored until they go braindead or OCCASIONALLY running around with half the medicine on the station in their pockets, healing everyone they run across (then they unceremoniously die in the most abandoned corner of the station and everyone wonders where all the medicine in medbay went).

I kinda like the sound of a few cybernetics. Especially if the best ones involve Uquill, Bohrum, Claretine, and Erebite. Getting miners to let go of that stuff pretty much requires going out there yourself and beating them up for it.

As for removing bullets and such via surgery, how would that work? I guess the easiest way would be to have bullets permanently lower your max health until they're removed. It'd also be neat if you could use something like a kitchen knife to do incredibly unsafe/badass self-surgery that inflicts variable mid-to-heavy brute damage but saves you a trip to medbay.
