We could do with easier access to health implants. Putting them into the standard pay-2-use medical vendertrons would ensure people can get one for themselves, without having to que behind 3 dipshits with papercuts.

If your MD is a particular gogetter, they'll load their implant gun up with implants and nail anyone that moves. If they're the gogettest type, they'll farm implants out of braindead corpses, loading them into the cloner, scanning them, digging out the implant, deleting their entry, then scanning them again. Not the ideal way of getting implants into everybody, but it certainly works.

We could also do with easier to read-at-a-glance implant icons. Right now, if you've taken multiple forms of damage, it's kinda hard to tell how close to crit you are, since the little damage icons might still be orange. Maybe if the background had the overall damage color in there somewhere. Unless I'm blind and it already does that.
