This doesn't really seem like it'd have much of a use, but I felt like the idea was worth bringing up anyways.
Latent concussive charges are concussive charges that only explode when the asteroid it's attached to is destroyed or damaged. They're the same otherwise- blast range, can only be attached to asteroids, and so on. The essence of the idea is simple- it's meant for chain reactions so miners can destroy an entire asteroid at once. It could also make a decent trap if you're seeking to off unaware miners... but if you're not, then don't be a dumbass or a jackass.
